Mind Mapping: Tools and Techniques

2020

Mind maps are a wonderful tool to capture, develop, and share ideas visually. These graphical representations often convey relationships between ideas, support retention of concepts, encourage creative flow, and facilitate team collaboration.

The Global Health Education and Learning Incubator at Harvard University (GHELI) has curated a few, free tools to design virtual mind maps, including links and brief descriptions for easy access. These resources could be leveraged in the classroom, hybrid, or online learning environments, and can support the creation of creative, hands-on classroom assignments and projects.

The Global Health Education and Learning Incubator at Harvard University supports interdisciplinary education about world health through the production, curation, and dissemination of educational public goods.
